Recipe: Hippie Toast

Add this aternative breakfast to your repertoire and you’ll have a super healthy and delicious meal that’s quick enough to make for those on-the-fly mornings.

  • 4 slices sprouted grain bread (like Ezekiel)
  • 4 teaspoons white miso paste
  • 1 ripe avocado, thinly sliced (or mashed if very ripe)

Toast bread to desired doneness. Spread each slice with a very thin smear of miso paste (about 1 teaspoon per slice). Arrange 1/4 avocado on each piece of toast and enjoy!
