And her new cookbook, “My New Roots,” is as pleasurable to read as it is inspiring to cook from. Just ask local food blogger and writer, Ginny Mahar. Ginny will walk you through some of Britton’s plant-based recipes she enjoys most, sharing tips and techniques from the book – and from her own years of cooking experience. Come taste and learn to make some lovely vegetarian dishes that you’ll want to prepare for your friends and family this fall.
