- 4 slices sprouted grain bread (like Ezekiel)
- 4 teaspoons white miso paste
- 1 ripe avocado, thinly sliced (or mashed if very ripe)
Toast bread to desired doneness. Spread each slice with a very thin smear of miso paste (about 1 teaspoon per slice). Arrange 1/4 avocado on each piece of toast and enjoy!
